Quiet Grid Navy

Reception studio
Quiet geometry and cream–navy fields for firm reception — composed in the first ten seconds, without gavel clichés. Printed on demand and shipped to the office.
The room is the first brief
Most firm lobbies still borrow hotel art. A point of view — not a case claim
Visitors arrive with a file, a clock, and ten seconds of looking around. A stock skyline, a gavel motif, leftover residential prints from the last fit-out — the reception often asks them to wait in a room that has not been specified.
CounselWall designs wall programs for reception, intake lounges, and partner offices. Palettes stay navy, cream, and a thin interval of muted gold. Subjects stay geometry and color-field — never scales, never slogans. We do not promise calmer clients or better outcomes. We make the lobby read as composed as the work behind the desk.
Starter collection
Sized for reception walls, intake lounges, and partner offices. Prices below are examples for planning — size, frame, and quantity are confirmed on your quote. Printed on demand; no inventory for the firm to store.

Start with three pieces that share a palette across reception. Then add quieter singles for partner offices — same family, smaller scale. No gavel motifs. No mismatched hotel prints.
Example 3-piece reception set (two 24×16, one 30×20) from $589 — labeled as an example. Partner-office singles quoted separately. Your formal quote lists finish, hardware, and freight.
How it works
Send wall widths, ceiling height, millwork notes, or a phone photo of reception. We reply with a hang suggestion — not a site visit unless you ask.
Start from the six designs here, or ask for a palette shift within the same family. We lock sizes and frame before anything is printed.
Each canvas is made to order through a generic print partner. No warehouse on your end. No CounselWall showroom to visit.
Cartons go to the office address you give us. You (or your GC) hang. We include a simple hang map and a care card.
Shipping & care
We do not advertise overnight walls. Print-on-demand means the piece does not exist until you approve the quote.
Typical make-ready is about 5–10 business days after art and size are locked. Busy seasons run longer. The quote states a window, not a guarantee.
Ground carton to the contiguous U.S. is standard. Suite-only buildings, freight elevators, and multi-floor deliveries may need extra handling — tell us in the notes. Tracking is sent when the printer releases the shipment.
Canvas is sealed. Dust with a dry microfiber. Any building cleaning protocol is yours; the care card is guidance, not a facilities policy. We do not hang in courtrooms or as a legal display.
Studio notes
Identities stay with the firm. What we can share is the brief, the count, and how the wall was specified.
Northeast U.S.
Reception had a tired hotel print and two mismatched cityscapes. We specified a navy grid trio so the lobby, the intake lounge, and one partner office share a single visual language.

“We needed a reception hang that still read as quiet in the partner corridor. The gold interval is the only warm note; the rest stays navy and cream.”
Reception trio + three partner-office singles · Midwest
West Coast
The GC had a white wall and a move-in date. We supplied a hang map, not a site crew. Canvases arrived in two cartons; the contractor hung before the punch list closed.

The studio
CounselWall is a small studio that specifies wall programs for law firm reception and partner offices. We work in quiet geometry and cream–navy fields — pieces that belong on a lobby wall without competing with millwork, brass, or the name on the door.
We are not a gallery with a law-firm sideline. Fulfillment is generic print-on-demand: made when you order, packed, and sent to the office. There is no showroom tour and no award wall to cite. The work is the hang.
Questions
No. Pieces are printed when the quote is approved and shipped to your address. You are not stocking SKUs in a closet.
No. They are labeled as examples so you can plan a range. Frame, size, quantity, and freight are confirmed on the quote you receive after the form.
Within each design family, yes — note the undertone in the form. We will not reproduce another studio’s work or a trademarked mark. Frames in oak, soft white, or charcoal.
Yes. Ask for a reception trio plus quieter singles for partner rooms. Same palette, smaller scale. We do not illustrate gavels, scales, or courthouse façades.
We quote per address or as a matched pack. Same palette, same sizes, staggered ship dates if openings are phased. Tell us the count in notes.
Not as a default. Most firms hang with their GC or a local installer. We send a hang map (centerline, spacing) and a care card. If you need a referral in your city, ask — we do not guarantee one.
